The Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of The Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card. The use of any The Cantine Emilia Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of The Cantine Emilia Gift Dollars
The Cantine Emilia Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at Cantine Emilia locations. The Cantine Emilia Gift dollars allows user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your Cantine Emilia dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Adding dollars to The Cantine Emilia Gift Card
You can add dollars to your Cantine Emilia Gift Card at any participating Cantine Emilia location. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per Cantine Emilia Gift Card activation.
Use of The Cantine Emilia Rewards Card / Account
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at www.cantineemilia.com and link your Cantine Emilia Rewards Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to obtain a digital Cantine Emilia Rewards Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.
BENEFITS
All Cantine Emilia Rewards Card holders can obtain Reward Points per dollar spent pre-tax at Cantine Emilia restaurants. All valid members can redeem their Points for delicious meals from the Cantine Emilia restaurant. Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from Cantine Emilia. 100 points are equivalent to $1 (before taxes).
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.
MEMBER
A valid member is any customer who has completed the free registration process and activated their Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card membership profile by using the web and a valid email.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
The Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards program and Cantine Emilia restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.
REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only the activated Cantine Emilia Rewards Card members can redeem Reward Points as a form of payment for future purchases made exclusively at any participating Cantine Emilia restaurant. Get specialty Portuguese chicken, poutines, sandwhiches and more, to eat for free as a privileged member*. A minimum value of 1000 Reward Points, equivalent to 10$ is required to be used upon every redemption at any participating Cantine Emilia restaurant by any Cantine Emilia Rewards member.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All Cantine Emilia Reward Points that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
The Cantine Emilia Rewards Card and the Cantine Emilia restaurants reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate The Cantine Emilia Rewards Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to The Cantine Emilia Rewards Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.cantineemilia.com.
PROTECT YOUR CARD
You can register your Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card online at www.cantineemilia.com to protect the balance on the card. Your Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
CARD BALANCES
You can obtain the balance of your Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card by visiting the participating Cantine Emilia restaurant, and or online at www.cantineemilia.com. Any time you conduct any Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
ERRORS
The Cantine Emilia locations shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Cantine Emilia location. Cantine Emilia reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue Cantine Emilia Gift & Rewards Card if Cantine Emilia reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Cantine Emilia, its stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
